Our meeting takes place as a video call, in which your camera is not required.

You will be seeing a top-down view of the table on which we work together and of its tools. Much like in some psychoanalysis setups, no eye-contact happens in ​these online sessions – we need only your voice, mine, and our tabletop.

The consultation reserves 90 minutes and usually lasts from one hour to the full hour-and-a-half, on an individual need basis. The price is $150 USD, paid in ​advance through PayPal invoicing.

You are of course always welcome to contact me with any question, such as requests for a different amount of time, multiple bookings, which matters you are ​curious to discuss, or anything else pertaining to the services I offer.

This includes discussing arrangements in the unfortunate event you are finding yourself in a difficult financial situation. While it must remain exceptional, those ​hardships can coincide with the time you most end up in need of help, which I wish to address in a human and practical way rather than deny assistance.

• Please indicate which platform you would like to use (see below) as well as the contact information needed for me to find you on it.
  
• You are welcome to explain (as far as you feel comfortable) what brings you to consult with me.
  
• As this is an online service, it also helps to precise your time zone (or simply your country/state) so I can adjust a time-slot fitting your day or night.
  

Onc​e​ your message reaches me, I will offer you available times to meet and, if all is settled about it, your invoice. When payment is processed, you will receive conf​irmation by email or on your platform of choice. All that is left is to meet soon!

The platforms we can meet on all have upsides and downsides, and the choice is yours. However, I highly recommend that you use the most secure and ​confidential option possible.

All are both phone and computer applications.

• Signal – Highly confidential and well-encrypted, it also has very good audio and video quality. However, it functions with your phone number, so it is not fully ​Internet-based.
  

• WhatsApp – Being the precursor of Signal, it shares all the same properties including using phone numbers as accounts, but it is owned by Meta (Facebook). ​This app respects much lesser standards of privacy, for which it has been heavily criticised.
  

• Zoom – You do not need a phone number to use Zoom, but it also comes under fire in regards to secure encryption and respect of confidentiality.
  

• Discord – It is the least secure of the four and yields severely inferior video quality, two reasons why it is not recommended. However, for many people, it may ​be the most convenient option as it is extremely widespread.
  

You can cancel or reschedule your booking as you need, up to 48 hours before its appointed time (please do not reschedule the same appointment repeatedly).

If you choose to cancel within this time frame, you will of course receive a full refund.

On the other hand, an appointment cancelled less than 48 hours prior (or missed entirely) is not eligible for a refund – this is time and scheduling I cannot recover. ​In the event of an emergency, or if you would like to discuss circumstances that may cause you to miss an appointment or cause you to reschedule too late, please ​do contact me so we may try to work out a solution.
